The best tool in our arsenal is a Matterport Virtual tour.
Matterport tours allow a buyer to move from room to room in a property. They can move around the rooms, turn their view in different directions, and see a very real reproduction of the room. These tours are a huge step forward from old technologies of looking through a set of images set to muzak or spinning around the center of the room in a “360 image”.
In the era of social distancing, we have been able to take this one step further with buyers. Agents and buyers will walk through this Matterport tour together on a zoom call. The agent can then discuss the property with the buyer just like they would on an appointment.
With the risks of Covid and the challenges of scheduling appointments, buyers are not eager to go out and see properties. Buyers are looking to tour every property virtually before they set out to see it.
